Today we make for you the yummiest, softest cheesiest dosa. Everybody loves Dosa and everybody loves cheese, the combination of these two will bring a burst of flavours. 00:04 Well, you know talking about Cheese,
00:06 Cheese is a wonderful addition to a lot of Indian delicacies.
00:09 Like say your Cheese Pav Bhaji, Cheese Korma and many such delicacies.
00:14 And remember, we always say Cheese because it makes us smile.
00:18 Well, talking about smiles, let me introduce you to one of my most special cheeses,
00:23 because that not just adds flavour,
00:25 but heaps of joy and happiness to our dishes.
00:29 I'm talking about Britannia The Laughing Cow Cheese,
00:32 which is my go-to for every cheesy indulgences.
00:36 And I'm making a very special recipe today,
00:39 which is Veg Cheese Dosa.
00:41 Well, you call it Cheesy Veg Dosa,
00:43 you call it Chilli Cheese Vegetable Dosa,
00:46 call it a Meltalicious Dosa.
00:48 The whole idea is, make this with Britannia The Laughing Cow.
00:51 Let's begin.
00:52 Let's first begin with the stuffing for the Dosa,
01:01 and in this case, it's going to be a Chilli Vegetable Stuffing.
01:05 First things first, let's begin with Butter.
01:07 Let's add in some chopped Green Chillies.
01:11 Spring Onion bulbs.
01:12 Let's saute this for a while.
01:15 Let's add in Green Capsicum.
01:21 Followed with Red Peppers, Yellow Peppers.
01:25 Steamed Corn.
01:28 Dry herbs of choice, in this case, Oregano.
01:32 A touch of Salt.
01:34 We whack the flame on high and mix this well.
01:37 Well, we just saute this for a couple of minutes,
01:40 and then we add in the rest of the ingredients.
01:42 It's important to retain the bite of vegetables.
01:50 Let's add in a tbsp full of Schezwan Sauce.
01:54 And along with this, freshly cut Coriander Leaves.
01:58 And finally, last but not the least, Spring Greens.
02:02 Let's stir this well and keep this aside.
02:05 Our filling is done and ready, let's move this aside.
02:12 And let's begin with our Dosa.
02:15 Allow the pan to just kind of warm up slightly.
02:19 And in the interim, let's quickly bring the batter to life.
02:23 Mixing it once twice over.
02:25 Let's add in some Butter.
02:37 Let's sprinkle in the stuffing generously.
02:48 And now, coming to the most favourite part of this recipe,
02:51 Adding the Cheese.
02:52 Let's open the cubes in the easiest way possible.

03:01 Pull it open.
03:03 Remove the outer packaging vertically.
03:05 Enjoy as you like it.
03:12 Once the sides of the Dosa are nice and crisp,
03:15 Let's sprinkle in grate in wholeheartedly,
03:17 A generous amount of Britannia, the Laughing Cow Cheese.
03:21 As you can see, it's grating well and the cheese strands are of the right length.
03:28 You'll see, it slowly melts into this soft texture.
03:33 It also melts fast and gives a creamy texture to your dish.
03:37 Once the cheese looks smooth and creamy,
03:40 You fold the Dosa as per your liking or serve it open faced.
03:44 Dosa looks incredible and even more delicious with the extra layer of cheese.
