00:00 It was a real eye-opener, I think, to do the documentary,
00:02 because there were so many people that are just in this suffocating
00:05 bubble of being a carer, loving the person that they're caring for,
00:08 and just thinking, "How am I going to make this work?"
00:10 There is a real care crisis at the minute.
00:12 You know, there's such a massive underfunding.
00:15 People don't know where to turn to get the advice and support
00:18 that they need. They're often at crisis point when they're getting it.
00:20 And, you know, for me, it was quite an eye-opener,
00:24 and I feel very fortunate that I have the support of my employer,
00:27 the NHS, which allows me to work from home,
00:29 as well as looking after Rob. Yeah.
00:30 I have the support of my family and Rob's parents
00:33 that help with Rob's care.
00:34 But the reality is millions of people don't have that support mechanism,
00:37 and they feel so isolated, they feel so alone,
00:40 and they really have to battle the system to get what they need.
