00:27 The private sector is directly bidding for a large bridge, and it will be completed.
00:33 But, now-a-days, the new infrastructure that we are opening through PLI, including computer
00:39 manufacturing, means that private sector is participating in the manufacturing of equipment
00:47 that will be used in the infrastructure.
00:50 So, they are coming to bid directly, by investing.
00:54 And, secondly, the private sector is investing in the machinery required to build that infrastructure.
