00:00 This is pretty cool, it feels like we're in this thing together.
00:04 And this is a responsibility that my wife and I, we take extremely seriously.
00:12 From afar, we're East Coast folks, but we've grown up on the East Coast.
00:16 But we do have family out here in the area, and
00:20 we've seen this organization operate from afar.
00:23 And I've had nothing but respect for the ownership, especially John,
00:28 how they've operated, Coach Carroll.
00:30 The ability to compete for championships at a consistent pace,
00:36 and how they play, and the spirit of the players has been something
00:41 that I respect a lot.
00:43 And going through the process, and meeting John and the leadership team,
00:47 the first thing that really popped to me was the parallels of the organization that
00:52 I've been working for for ten years.
00:54 I've really grown into the person, and the man, and the coach that I am today.
00:59 And that was extremely appealing to me.
01:01 And to hear John talk about people and how important that is,
01:04 was the driving force of why we wanna be here.
01:09 And it is a leap of faith, but this is a special city.
01:14 And this is a great football city, man, and we got the best fans in the world.
01:18 And I understand where this organization wants to go.
01:25 And I feel like we're aligned on how we wanna get there.
01:28 And I'm just, choose to go do it.
01:33 And there's gonna be no secret thing of scheme or
01:38 secret plays that are gonna get us there faster.
01:40 It's gonna take a lot of hard work by finding the right people and
01:45 doing it the right way, treating people the right way.
01:48 Building everybody up throughout the building.
01:50 I want everybody to feel like they are a part of this mission.
01:53 And it's gonna take all we got one day at a time, and it's that simple.
