00:00 This is the future right here. This is where it's going. And I think you're
00:05 gonna learn and get to know Mike that he's a special dude. And you know the
00:12 process was awesome. I obviously want to thank Jodi, you know, for her guidance and
00:18 leadership. You know, we had a clear directive. Chuck and Bert, everybody that
00:22 was involved. We had 19 people do our DEI training so that all the candidates
00:29 could feel everybody in the building and know how important it is to all of us.
00:34 And what it means to be supporting the new head coach and especially all the
00:40 players because at the end of the day it is all about the players. And you know I
00:46 think about the process. I think about faith in people. And so my mom would always
00:55 tell me, "You know, Jodi, God helps those who can't help themselves." And what a
01:02 cool deal because, wow, I can't even remember now the days of running together,
01:06 but last, you know, Sunday before they played I was at church and you know
01:13 people probably looking at me like, "Wow, that guy's really, you know, been to
01:16 stinting a lot or something. That guy's praying his tail off right now." Because I wanted the
01:22 Ravens to lose and I wanted the Lions to lose. So yeah, it was kind of probably
01:31 creepy for Mike, but a lot of, we've been blessed to be around over the years, a
01:36 lot of talented people throughout the National Football League and a lot of
01:40 connections and you know it was it was really cool to do all the research and
01:45 Mike and I think I might have creeped his beautiful bride Steph out a little
01:51 bit too. Where's Steph at? There you go. Thank you so much. Just leave the faith.
01:57 It's been quick, but it's awesome.
