00:08 Yeah, it's our first time being part of Beef Week, so we didn't really know what to expect,
00:09 but so far we've had some visitors come through and interested in the wagyu breed, which has
00:10 been really great.
00:11 And so how long have you been breeding wagyu?
00:12 We've had this farm and building up our stud over the last two to three years, so now we're
00:27 just starting to really focus on the high-end wagyu full-blood that we're trying to build
