00:00 Congratulations, Denny Hamlin is your clash winner. He has something to say I think.
00:04 You know I beat your favorite driver again right?
00:08 Hey Denny Hamlin, I beat your favorite driver. That's the way he closed off the season last
00:15 year. That's the way he starts the season this year. But you know what? Get another tagline dude.
00:20 It worked the first time. I'm not so sure about the second time. We're gonna get tired of hearing
00:25 it and I know everybody's favorite driver is gonna get tired of you beating him. That's a whole
00:28 another story. Let's go to the Coliseum. I love the Coliseum. I loved when we went there because
00:33 I felt like NASCAR was taking the sport to a new group of fans. They did it that first year and it
00:39 was fantastic because the drivers didn't know what to expect. The fans didn't know what to expect.
00:44 No one knew what to expect. What we saw this year from a purist standpoint was a pretty solid race.
00:51 These guys run 70-some laps without a caution. They have learned to race on this little bullring.
00:58 They have learned to work each other, to get around each other. And what we saw was typical
01:03 Saturday night racing or Friday night racing, whatever you want to call it, that we see all
01:07 over the country. Guys rooting, guys gouging, guys into each other, guys moving each other out of the
01:12 way. We saw Tempers flare. We saw so much of it. And at the end, the way NASCAR works, when we run
01:18 these green white checkers and we get into a two or three lap shootout, we saw a lot of action. We
01:23 saw Ty Gibbs move Joey Logano up. We saw Denny Hamlin make a great move. The door opens, run through
01:30 it, baby. Run through it. That's what you do. We saw, I think, Kyle Busch have another solid run.
01:35 How about our defending champion, Ryan Blaney, starts at the back and works his way to the front.
01:41 A great, there were some great moments in this race for a lot of drivers. So when I look at it,
01:46 I enjoyed it. I enjoyed every bit of it. I enjoyed the drama. I enjoyed the race. I enjoyed everything
01:52 about it. I look forward to it. Is it time to shorten the track? Is it time to lengthen the
01:59 track? Is it time to change this up? I don't know. We'll have to go back and look at it. But to be at
02:04 the Coliseum where the great Evel Knievel jumped and to be able to run a cup race there, again,
02:10 the Coliseum and NASCAR, huge win for everyone.
