01:26 She said it's P65,000 for 3 to 4 months.

01:34 She said that she will be a senior.

01:36 It's easy to recognize annulment scammers.

01:39 If they promise a fast and easy annulment, they are scammers.

01:43 Those who promise 1 to 2 months, that's definitely a red flag.

01:48 It's true that 1 to 2 years is fast.

01:52 Sometimes, the process in court takes up to 5 years.

01:55 The second red flag is if it's too cheap.

01:58 If it's less than P100,000, most likely it's a scam.

02:04 The reason why it's expensive is because lawyers go through so much preparation.

02:08 So much has to be done for your annulment petition to be successful.

02:13 The average wage of legit family lawyers is P180,000 in the province,

02:19 while P250,000 to P600,000 in Metro Manila.

02:28 They are the ones who immediately bite the promise of non-appearance in court.

02:33 If they say non-appearance, you don't have to worry about it, then that's absolutely a red flag right there.

02:42 If you're an OFW, you still have to attend the court hearing via video conference in your consulate or embassy.
