00:00 A man surrendered to the authorities after being stabbed by his opponent in Goa, Camarines Sur.

00:15 A 54-year-old woman was stabbed in Goa, Camarines Sur.

00:27 Her head was found 15 meters away from her body.

00:33 The victim herself let the 44-year-old suspect, who also surrendered to the police, go.

00:39 She did it when she saw that the victim was about to repeat the cut of the water supply to their fishpond this Saturday.

00:47 The victim did this first in August 2023, when she was injured and was taken home for filing a complaint.
