00:00 >> The culture?
00:01 >> Yeah.
00:02 >> The brotherhood, man, the brotherhood, I can't even say that enough, and
00:04 I truly mean the brotherhood.
00:06 If you go to our locker room or if you just see us hang out,
00:10 you will see O'Leiman hanging out with DBs,
00:12 you will see running backs hanging out with the specialists.
00:15 No one's left out, that's the thing.
00:16 When you come to UW, no one is left out.
00:18 You're gonna be involved.
00:19 Everybody cares for each other.
00:22 It's not just all words.
00:23 If you think it's just all words, put on the tape and
00:26 show those games when we're in critical moments.
00:28 You don't just do that by not being a unified team.
00:31 You don't just do that by not being brothers for real.
00:34 And so that's the biggest thing when you come here, the culture is contagious.
00:37 And when you play hard and when you succeed,
00:40 just like how we've had up to this point, football is just fun now.
00:44 That's the best part about it.
00:45 You're just enjoying it with the people you work for
00:48 about six months with, that you're close with.
00:51 I know this person so much more, I know him so much more, so
00:54 it makes me wanna go that much harder whenever I'm playing.
00:56 So when you come to UW, you're gonna enter a culture where every man is playing for
01:00 each other because they know that man.
