00:00 The coaches rankings, the preseason polls and that went out, came out from the coaches

00:06 yesterday and they are not a huge fan of Ole Miss baseball at the moment.

00:13 If you look at the preseason all SEC team, there is Nary and Ole Miss player on it.

00:19 If you look at Florida, Florida's kind of got them all over the place and I think Florida

00:26 is going to be really, really good.

00:29 But if you look down, they got Ole Miss preseason predicted to be number six in the SEC West

00:35 as the last year of divisions, Mississippi State seventh.

00:39 So I guess if you're going to be sixth and ranked over somebody, there's no better team

00:42 to be ranked over.

00:44 But you're still predicted sixth in the SEC West behind Auburn and Alabama, behind A&M,

00:52 LSU and Arkansas.

00:55 Now there's some really good ball players and SEC baseball is always going to be a bear,

01:01 but it always makes you nervous coming off that.

01:04 Now a lot of this could be the fact that Ole Miss is coming off an SEC season where they

01:09 just didn't win many games last year.

01:12 It just kind of all fell apart last year.

01:16 And a lot of that is like what's coming back and Ole Miss has gotten an injury to Xavier

01:22 Rivas who is going to need Tommy John surgery.

01:27 And you have all these transfers coming in that you're hoping works out, but you can't

01:32 guarantee it.

01:33 You've got young players coming in.

01:35 I mean you got Luke Hill, the shortstop that's supposed to be all world at shortstop, but

01:39 you need to see him play.
