00:00 Does Big Ten recruiting look different than Pac-12?
00:04 Yeah, I think Big Ten certainly looks different.
00:07 When you look at our schedule and you look at playing the Apple Cup Week 3,
00:13 then you look at hosting Michigan, then you look at going to Iowa,
00:18 then you look at going to Penn State, going to Oregon, hosting USC, hosting UCLA,
00:24 and others, going to Indiana,
00:27 that you've got to understand, going to Rutgers,
00:30 that you are competing with the big dogs that all have big money,
00:35 that are all going to make sure that every aspect of their program is an A+.
00:40 Their facility, their treatment of players, their coaches.
00:46 You're in the big leagues, and it's like an NFL Sunday every Saturday.
00:51 And that's what I've kind of said this whole time.
00:53 You are now playing every single week on the most watched stage, on the best time,
00:59 in national broadcasts.
01:01 And you're going to play on the East Coast, you're going to play on the West Coast,
01:04 you're going to play in the Midwest, you're going to play Central Time Zone,
01:07 Mountain Time Zone.
01:09 And recruiting against those guys that have been established,
01:13 have been doing it for a long time, is a huge challenge.
01:17 The SEC recruiting is mostly in the South.
01:20 The Big Ten recruiting is national.
01:23 And we've got to be just as national against them.
