00:00 and if you do, do tell us what's your long-term view on this and on the chemical space as well.
00:05 We've seen some headwinds in the space also.
00:08 Thank you Smriti for having me on the show and morning to all of you all. So on Viniti Organics, which is from the pharma
00:17 more so from these
00:19 agro stroke
00:23 speciality chemicals
00:25 we remain positive on Viniti Organics from a long-term point of view. So if this
00:30 investor has the stock, stay invested for a long term period of time.
00:35 But at the same time in terms of Q3 earnings with the pharma,
00:39 certain speciality and agrochemical companies are
00:42 disappointed a little bit and hence that kind of underperformance. But long term we believe that growth story is still intact. In the pharma sector
00:50 well, there are quite a lot of companies from the large and mid pharma
00:54 but if I were to focus and talk four names that
00:56 on the fundamental that I am positive, I think Sun Pharma, Cipla, Dr. Reddy's and DB's Laboratories.
01:03 These four qualify as a top priority in terms of investment ideas.
01:07 Next up we're talking about
01:11 Esaf Bank and this one's from Anuj from Delhi.
01:14 He has already bought in the shares at 69 levels. The current price is below that. Now Rajesh
01:21 he wants to know that if he should
01:24 this for the short to medium term if he should continue holding on to it or
01:29 if there are key levels that you can tell us about
01:32 if it's a good point to exit or of course that will be on a loss, but would you suggest holding on to it?
01:39 So we have very limited data set up in terms of technical stock has
01:47 shown very sharp downtick in last two trading sessions especially and now stock is almost now trading near to its all-time
01:55 low trajectory. So looking at the technical stock is in weak zone
02:00 until the stock not again recover above 74, 75 level it may face further more supply pressure.
02:08 So I think
02:10 our advice would be avoid at this moment.
02:12 There is a significant downtick which we have seen in last two trading sessions.
02:18 So that needs to settle down at certain price then only one should look to buy at this moment.
02:24 So I think further more downside we can see from the current level also.
02:27 Right. Okay. Next up we're talking about the aviation sector. This one's from Nikhil from Pune. This one's for you Gaurang.
02:34 He wants to know if this is the right time to enter the aviation pack and
02:40 he's talking about some correction that has happened and that the government is
02:44 setting up a panel to curb the flight rates. I'm not sure if that's
02:49 the case, but Gaurang give us a little bit more clarity on this and a good time to enter into aviation.
02:56 Well, I don't know about the timing Smriti, but I am extremely positive about the aviation sector and within the sector
03:03 there is one company that we have been
03:05 having coverage right from the time of the IPO and post that as a stand on coverage is Interglobe Aviation, one of the largest LCC models.
03:11 Has got a very decent fleet in terms of aircrafts.
03:15 They have ordered more aircrafts to do a fleet addition and to increase the connectivity under the UDAN 1 and UDAN 2
03:23 which the government has unfolded.
03:25 Realization per seat, flight occupancy, etc. are up to the mark.
03:30 The only problem or an overhang in the immediate short to medium term would be the number of aircrafts which are grounded on
03:36 fallback of the technical issue with the Platt & Whitney engines and
03:41 inability of Platt & Whitney to service those engines in the near date.
03:45 But having said that I think tourism as well as business travel is growing at a great pace.
03:52 Governments initiatives in terms of making India a holiday destination and opening up much more avenues
04:00 is something that is extremely positive about and if you have to just take a
04:03 green shoot from the hospitality sector, the number of new openings that some of the
04:10 hotels have lined up, I think that translates into positivity for aviation sector as well. So we remain positive on Interglobe Aviation.
04:19 That's a very important point that you mentioned about the green shoots in the hotel sector and how that's gonna
04:26 have an impact on the aviation as well. But next up we're talking about
04:30 Wagtart and this one's from Hari and he's writing in from Chennai.
04:34 I'm not sure if he's already bought the shares, but this one's from short to medium term. Now Rajesh,
04:39 this has been a multi-bagger stock in the last one year.
04:42 It's under a bit of pressure right now, but is there more upside to the stock in the short to medium term?
04:51 So definitely Smriti, very strong buying action we have seen in the last couple of months. The stock is now
04:57 consolidating since the last four or five weeks. Looking at the overall structure,
05:01 we believe that if the stock continues to hold above 430-420 levels, then possibly again
05:08 we may see another round of really in short term. And once the stock crosses above 470 mark,
05:14 then possibly we can see target towards 540-560 on the higher side.
05:19 So overall structure is bullish, some consolidation action is happening. So I think one can buy and equilibrate
05:25 if he has not bought. So
05:27 our advice would be one can buy and equilibrate the stock with stop loss of
05:31 415. Upside target we can see in the short term towards
05:35 470 followed by 530-560.
05:40 All right. Next up, this one's from you Rajesh.
05:43 This one's from Rajesh and he's talking about Some Distillery.
05:49 And he's already bought in the shares at
05:52 320 levels. The stock is on a down tick today. It's down 9% in trade today. Now, Rajesh,
06:00 tell us what kind of prospects do you see for the stock in the short to medium term?
06:04 So there is supply pressure in the stock and again stock is facing the supply at around
06:15 270-260 zone. So until the stock not crosses about 270-260,
06:19 again on a weekly closing basis, some more pressure we can see in the stock on the downside.
06:25 On the lower side, the important support area which we can see on the near term perspective that is placed at around
06:32 240-235 zone. If at all the stock breaks those levels, then we may see furthermore follow up selling pressure in the stock.
06:40 So at this moment,
06:41 I think one should wait for this 235 level. If the stock holds those levels, then some pullback action we can see.
06:48 As already we have seen a significant correction in last couple of weeks in the stock.
06:54 So 270 on the higher side is the key level to watch for and 235 is the downside critical level on the near term basis.
07:02 Next up, we have a question from Jaya Krishnan from Coricor and
07:07 they're talking about Deepak Nitrate. Now, I know Gaurang, you have spoken about the chemical sector,
07:12 but this one in specific, they have already bought the shares at
07:17 Rs.2536. From a medium term perspective,
07:22 would you suggest
07:25 our
07:27 viewers to continue holding on to a stock like Deepak Nitrate?
07:33 So Smriti, we don't have a specific coverage on Deepak Nitrate, but it's a strong company.
07:38 Unfortunately, because of the third quarter numbers being disappointing, not for one but one too many
07:42 speciality and agrochemical companies, the sector is underperforming and even otherwise,
07:47 if you go to see with the kind of Capex and new launches that most of the companies are lined up,
07:52 there was a little bit of underperformance and this might get extrapolated to another
07:57 maybe two, three quarters before we see any meaningful
08:02 contribution in terms of earnings coming through for the speciality agrochemicals as well as for a company like Deepak Nitrate.
08:08 Won't be able to answer straight away buy, sell and hold since we don't have a coverage,
08:12 but if you are investing in speciality and agrochemicals,
08:15 I think you need to have at least one and a half, two year kind of time horizon and have
08:19 patience because of the underperformance that we are witnessing right now.
08:22 All right, fair point. Let's take up the next one. This one's from
08:29 Okay, this is a stock
08:31 It's called a Bliss GVS. I'm not sure what stock this is. I'll just
08:37 Okay, Rajesh, Bliss GVS. If you can pull up the charts on this one, the question is
08:46 from
08:48 Right, the question is, okay, they've already bought the stock at
08:52 117 that's the average price for this one. Now, would you suggest an exit
08:58 from this stock as these stocks and the time period they're talking about is six months.
09:04 So would you suggest exiting at this point or should you wait for a little bit?
09:08 So Bliss GVS is in corrective phase now. Stock is
09:14 penetrating to its 100 day moving average on the downside.
09:18 So that clearly shows, you know, since last couple of weeks,
09:22 there is a sustained supply pressure is taking place and stock is showing, you know,
09:28 a little bit of weakness on the near term as well as on the short term chart.
09:31 Until the stock not manages to cross over 125 level, there would be, you know,
09:38 supply pressure is likely to be there in the stock prices. On the breakdown of
09:43 110, there could be
09:46 more pressure. We can see towards 90 level also.
09:50 So 110 is the critical level he has already bought at 117.
09:55 So I think he should follow a stop loss of 110,
09:58 which is almost closer to the current market price. If it breaks, then possible pressure
10:03 we can see towards 95 to 90 rupees on the downside also.
10:06 So stop loss for this one is 110 as Rajesh said, but we're completely out of time on this edition of Ask Profit.
10:15 Thank you so much Gaurang and Rajesh for joining us and
10:18 answering so many questions for us. And viewers, thanks for tuning in. We'll be back tomorrow, same time 11.30 a.m.
