01:19 To avoid this, there are BIFAR measures that are being followed by the fishermen.

01:27 This means that we need to put the right amount of fingerlings in our fishponds.

01:33 BIFAR also said that the operation of the mariculture parks or the fishponds in the sea or in the fish cages should be expanded.

01:44 Because of the limited supply of fish in the market, BIFAR reminded us to ensure that the fish we buy is still fresh.
