The Star spoke to customers outside The Body Shop in Sheffield to ask if they would miss it if the shop disappeared after the company went into administration this week. One woman, aged 90, said she has been a customer for 30 years and "wouldn't know where else to go" for her skincare and bath products if it went under. Another woman said she "liked what The Body Shop stands for" and would "miss it" if it went out of business.

00:08 I've gone, oh, for 30 odd years, a long time, I don't go anywhere else.
00:14 What do you think of it as a shop?
00:15 I think it's very very nice, I enjoy going there and I may have to come back again on Friday because I forgot to check when I came out which creams I needed, which I needed refilling.
00:28 So she says it's quite alright, you can come back and change them on Saturday if you wish.
00:34 What do they do that no other shop does I suppose, what's special about them?
00:40 Well I don't think any other shop would allow you to take the cosmetics back and change them, they do.
00:49 So I'm very pleased, obviously I might just check what I've got at home and if I've already got that one obviously I won't open it and use it, but they don't know that do they, they've got to trust me that I will be honest and not use it.

01:05 But they're very good, they're good value and every so often you get a £5 voucher which comes off your next shop, so it encourages you to go and buy more.
01:13 If they closed here in Sheffield do you know where you would go instead?
01:16 Absolutely no idea.
01:18 I would have to do it online and I'm not really very good at doing that, I have bought online but I prefer to go to the shop.
01:28 Yeah I come to the body shop, I do shop fairly regularly so I'm quite sad that I might be going into administration because I really like what they stand for and my favourite product is their Satsuma soap so I've actually just come in to buy a load.
01:46 So yeah I'll really miss that if they do go.
01:50 I'm not going anywhere else I suppose.
01:52 I know yeah that's it.
01:54 So if you'd go instead, is there anywhere else that would come to mind or is that one of the choices?
01:58 Not really to be honest, I'd have to keep looking for that favourite product again so I'm really hoping it doesn't happen.
