00:10 I'm 66 years old, and this is my daily routine.
00:14 I usually get up somewhere between 6 and 6.30.
00:16 The very first thing I do when I wake up
00:19 is drink a glass of water.
00:21 So I'm not a coffee drinker first thing in the morning.
00:23 I actually wait until I get to the office to have coffee,
00:26 so water gets me going.
00:27 I like to do my little yoga routine
00:29 about 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the day.
00:32 And I almost always walk to work,
00:34 which is about a one-hour walk.
00:36 So I usually get into my office around 8 o'clock.
00:39 Depends on how long it takes me to walk.
00:41 Somewhere between 8 and 8.30.
00:43 Once everybody's in the office at 9 o'clock,
00:45 it's usually meetings start at that time.
00:48 I'll have anywhere from four to eight meetings a day.
00:52 So depending on which hat I'm wearing for the day,
00:54 if I'm a CEO, then it's about meetings.
00:56 But if it's a day where I'm wearing my CBO hat,

01:00 that's when I can utilize my test kitchen,
01:03 which is a lot of fun.
01:04 So my day tends to end somewhere between 6 and 8 p.m.
01:08 Rarely is it 6 p.m.
01:10 So a typical after-work day for me is I meet with friends,
01:14 go out for dinner, workout, massages,
01:16 those kinds of fun things, take care of my own self.
01:18 It's a long day, but I absolutely love what I do.
