00:22 My wife told me you have to have a pop of color.
00:25 I'm more of a nostalgic type suit guy.
00:30 But when I put this one on, I was like,

00:35 I do want to ask you, I had a conversation with Kimberly
00:37 Martin just yesterday.
00:38 She's one of my faves.
00:40 And we were talking about just what
00:41 it's going to take to continue to see black and brown women
00:44 on the forefront in front of the camera,
00:46 especially in the football space.
00:47 For you, how cool has it been to really share the stage with
00:50 women like-- black women like her?
00:52 I mean, it's amazing.
00:53 You know, my mother is a black woman, obviously.
00:55 I know the strength.
00:56 I know the power that comes behind that.
00:58 I know the untold stories that come behind that.
01:01 The journey is difficult. I hate that it
01:04 has to still be that way.
01:06 But I think we need to celebrate, uplift black women
01:09 like yourself and like Kimberly and all across media
01:12 so everyone knows that this is to be celebrated,
01:16 but more importantly, to be put in positions
01:19 to show who you really are.
01:21 And then when you get there, have the autonomy and freedom
01:25 to be you authentically.
01:26 So I think that's the key.
01:28 And for people like yourself to keep
01:30 passing the message down to our young ones like that.

01:33 One of the messages that you're trying to pass down--
01:35 I saw you the other day talking about rule changes.
01:37 You seemed a little perturbed, just a tad bit.
01:41 What needs to happen for the NFL to get it right?

01:46 The fumble out of the end zone thing just--
01:49 this is what I said.
01:50 Defensively, if you cause a fumble,
01:53 like Le'Jerrius Sneed did, goes out the back of his own fair.
01:57 Touch back, y'all get the ball.
01:59 If a guy's reaching over the end zone
02:01 with no contact from a defender and the ball slips out
02:03 of his hand and goes out the back of the end zone,
02:05 lose it down, go back to the 20-yard line,
02:08 and try to score again.
02:09 It sucks that you take the opportunity for them
02:12 to not score and give the ball away.
02:14 It's a real personal thing for me.
