00:00 "Yeah, just not good enough. Arsenal were better than us in every department today.
00:08 It's a tough one to take on the chin. You look back at probably the last 10, 15 games
00:14 and we're always able to draw on positives on the game. Today's one you have to take
00:19 on the chin and probably say less and make sure that you get the energy back in the team
00:26 for the next game because that's all we have to focus on now."
00:29 "You do get days like this sometimes and when you have a day like this where we are in the
00:35 league you get punished and the gap shows then. So for us to stay in games, to have
00:43 a chance to have results, it takes for us to have really good performances, collectively
00:48 and individually. That's what I think we've seen for a while now and today wasn't a good
00:57 day for us. But like I say, I can see, obviously you've been in football long enough to know
01:05 how these type of games give you that really bad feeling when you leave the stadium. But
01:13 we have to focus now on building that energy back up. I know it will be easy now for a
01:20 lot of people to write us off. That's fine. It's not who we need right now. Who we need
01:26 is the outside world. Who we need is our own fans, our own players and definitely the staff
01:33 to portray that energy that we believe that we are ready for the next game. We want to
01:40 fight for this."
