00:21 In exchange for 10 plastic bottles,

00:23 10 kilos of rice, 4 cans of sardines and 12 pieces of instant noodles are being sold.

00:30 Even if the line is long and busy, the vendors do not sell it.

00:35 Because rice is expensive and it is now bought,

00:37 it can be reduced to their expenses this Sunday.

00:41 It is happier to reduce the expenses at home.
