00:02 - Anything new injured wise?
00:06 - No, James is doing, he's responding really well.
00:09 We're really excited about the progression he's made.
00:12 I watched a Spino throw the other day.
00:13 Oh, it was so fun.
00:14 He's looking good.
00:17 I know I had a similar surgery to him
00:20 and I about the same time of year.
00:22 So I was watching him throw and it gave me some flashbacks
00:25 but just knowing how hard he's worked to get to this point,
00:28 he's progressing really, really well.
00:30 And so he's doing well.
00:32 - For a pitcher, is he like,
00:40 I don't know what word to say other than--
00:44 - A specimen?
00:45 Yeah, yeah.
00:45 (laughing)
00:46 Yeah, no, I mean, I think, you know,
00:49 he's worked extremely hard obviously
00:50 through his rehab you can tell.
00:52 You know, and yeah, he looks good in a uniform
00:57 and he looks strong, he looks agile.
00:59 He's trending really well.
01:01 - How far away is he?
01:05 - We're not sure.
01:06 You know, obviously I try not to project out
01:08 and I haven't, I don't think there is a projected date.
01:11 I think he's at that point where it's, let's take today.
01:15 Let's see where we are.
01:16 And then just, you know, trusting the medical staff
01:18 that they've got a great progression
01:20 for him to come back as soon as he's able, but smartly.
01:24 So.
01:25 - How did you do yours?
01:26 Just throwing?
01:26 - Just over the years, yeah.
01:27 I injured my shoulder in '09 on a dislocation,
01:32 tore my labrum, and then I feel like I made it nine years
01:35 with that shoulder and then just needed another repair.
