00:14 Just this past Valentine's Day, a Filipino was forced to go to China
00:23 with her alleged Chinese husband.
00:26 The marriage certificate they showed was authentic,
00:30 but the travel records of the man show that he was not in the Philippines
00:33 when they went to China on their wedding day.
00:35 So the Chinese admitted that the marriage certificate was processed
00:39 by a Chinese agency for a change of 40,000 pesos.
00:43 The Philippines said that the victim was a male order bride
00:46 who was forced to go to China when the big syndicate refused to let her go.
00:50 It was only in February, but they have already reported three trafficking in person this year.
