00:00 If you really look at it, the House and the Senate has found a middle ground, has found
00:04 a common ground for future actions on what will mean.
00:08 We have agreed finally to what the Senate has actually proposed and the House is also
00:15 doing parallel efforts to go through the process of approving the same version.
00:23 And to be honest, I'm a little bit more optimistic with the process in the Senate because the
00:29 Senate version is actually authored by the leadership of the Senate.
00:33 It's authored by the Senate President, by the Senate Majority Leader, the Pro Tempore
00:39 and of course the Chairperson of the subcommittee.
00:42 So I have great faith that the leadership of the Senate will do their best to convince
00:48 their colleagues for the passage.
00:50 And I'm sure they will do a much better job than us here in Congress convincing their
00:54 colleagues.
