00:41 ANAR has a length of 19.81 kilometers and has 6 lanes that are expected to speed up the journey

00:50 from other places in Clark to Clark City in 20 minutes from the previous one hour

00:56 without paying a toll fee.

00:59 ANAR will open to the public starting tomorrow and is expected to be fully operational in July

01:06 when the construction of its bike lanes, landscapes and slope protection is complete.
