00:04 Three climate activists are to appear in court charged with criminal damage during a protest at Prime Minister Rishi Sunak's constituency home in Yorkshire.
00:13 The protest was against the government plans to grant further licences to North Sea oil and gas extraction.
00:19 A man suspected of setting fire to a GP surgery in a Yorkshire village and attacking a member of staff has died in jail before his trial.
00:29 York Crown Court sat briefly to hear that John Ledbetter 62 had passed away in HMP Hull where he had been held since the incident in Ampleporth last August.
00:41 The case file was declared closed as a result of his death.
00:46 And finally, a worker has been left injured after a gang of robbers raided a post office and store in a Yorkshire village.
00:53 Police are now investigating the incident at the Monkfriars Village stores on the A63 near Selby.
01:00 During the incident, three men wielding hammers attacked staff who were pushed to the ground inside the family owned business.
01:07 The gang are believed to have escaped with £2,000 cash according to local sources.
