00:00 My basement is completely flooded, well it's about 18 inches deep and there's water coming out the

00:05 plug sockets, pouring through the wall, along the top of the cellar itself, it's pouring off the

00:10 top of the wall, there's just so much water it's unbelievable. But they say they're going to do

00:15 the repairs but I'll believe that when I see it. If it don't get fixed very quickly I think it's

00:20 going to put my power out and that'll put the pumps off and everything, so we'll be even worse off.

00:27 Just amazed how much water could come out of a small pipe, it's unbelievable.

00:32 All you just notice today, initially we thought we were blown here again,

00:36 we thought that in front of our house, but then obviously the wife said no it's further up so we

00:40 always looked up and it's blown at the top just over the brow of the hill but it's coming down

00:45 and then unfortunately just sweeps across, the easiest route comes straight through the gardens,

00:49 unfortunately our house is, it's just outside our house at the moment, it's not gone into our house

00:53 yet, it's just teetering on the edge. When it came in on Wednesday it was like very slowly just

00:58 scratching under the doors and we couldn't stop, we put towels there and everything we had but

01:02 we couldn't stop it at the time. Obviously it must have gone down underneath the house in the

01:07 footage and stuff so yeah we've already got contact with insurance anyway because of the fact that it's

01:12 gone through but the water board have said they'll take care of everything but the last assessor came

01:17 around Friday, last Friday and he said depending how it dries out we may have to have all your

01:22 floors up downstairs.
