00:00 The Philippine National Police decided not to allow the release of Kingdom of Jesus Christ Pastor Apolo Quiboloy

00:08 along with the release of the Senate Supreme Court to invite Quiboloy to listen.

00:16 The Philippine National Police is distancing from the release of Kingdom of Jesus Christ Pastor Apolo Quiboloy.

00:26 This is after the Senate Supreme Court released him to invite him to the hearing on March 5.

00:31 The Philippine National Police said that even if Quiboloy is still no-show,

00:35 the Senate authority is still there to bring him to the hearing.

00:38 But the Philippine National Police will not interfere for now because there is no official request from the Senate.

00:46 And since the Supreme Court is the exercise of authority of the Senate, we will give it to them.

00:53 In the Senate ruling, if the person invited is only in Metro Manila,

00:57 the Senate Sergeant at Arms or his deputies will bring him to the hearing.

01:06 But Quiboloy is still hiding because of the risk to his life and what he said is,

01:10 the United States will hunt him down.

01:13 Even if I am a fool, I cannot show it to you.

01:16 Quiboloy is facing 43 cases in the US,

01:19 some of which are related to sex trafficking, fraud and coercion, sex trafficking of children,

01:25 conspiracy and bulk cash smuggling.

01:28 Even though he has no cases here in the Philippines,

01:30 he wants to be investigated by the Senate.

01:32 The question is, will he be brought to justice?

01:34 I am hurt by all the ways,

01:38 by false accusations, false allegations,

01:42 that they don't want to go to court.

01:45 And after that, they don't want to face the false accusers

01:54 that they are trying to destroy my reputation.

01:59 For the PNP, they said to wait and see.

02:02 Maybe they will suddenly show up.

02:03 But if they don't, they will only move when the Senate orders.

02:07 In case there is an official request from the Senate for the service of that subpoena,

02:14 then the PNP is ready to provide.

02:17 That is the same case also if there are other processes that the Congress is requesting,

02:26 the PNP is assisting.

02:27 Quiboloy said that the Philippines is cooperating with the US to bring him down,

02:32 which is something that the PNP is denying.

02:34 He's entitled to his opinion.

02:37 We don't know where he got information like that.

02:41 But on the part of the PNP, we categorically deny any knowledge of what he's saying.

02:48 The PNP will remain focused on our mandate.
