00:00 With only one target, that's giving joy and emotions to the fans.
00:05 If you want to describe our football philosophy,
00:11 Jürgen and me and the club, it's to give joy and emotions to the fans.
00:17 I'm really happy that we can give at least a final to start with,
00:21 and that's what you're asking for in the beginning of the season.
00:25 So is success having already got to a final?
00:27 Or is it only success if you go on and win it?
00:33 For me, success is growing.
00:35 I always believe that the team that grows more in a season will be the successful team,
00:39 so we focus on developing this team, we focus on bringing young players,
00:45 we focus on even the older ones to make them better,
00:49 with video, with training sessions, with meetings, with emotion, with passion.
00:55 And then success, I think, is the logical result of that,
00:59 so you have to focus on the result, because you play against good teams,
01:02 look what Luton did in the first half.
01:04 But Liverpool Football Club is made for major trophies,
01:12 and each year we should fight for them, that should always be the target.
01:16 That's what we're going to try to do.
