00:28 I'm achieving for assistant site manager, so I want to do my level two and three.

00:32 So you've got an idea where you want to go?

00:34 Yeah.

00:36 Have you or are you?

00:38 I'm in the same boat. I want to do the bricklaying, but at the same time I want to do the management as well.

00:41 We'll see where it takes us these next few years.

00:43 Yeah. What about you?

00:45 I just want to keep learning, mate. Keep growing and getting better at my job.

00:48 And then eventually, hopefully I'll have my own gang or own company.

00:51 Okay. Are you doing a whole range of skills, or do you mainly concentrate on bricklaying?

00:57 Just bricklaying.

00:59 So that's the one to concentrate on?

01:01 Yeah.

01:03 And is there an element of college involved in it that you go to at the moment?

01:06 Yes.

01:08 Where are you attached to?

01:10 We've just come back from Stevenson College in Coldhill.

01:13 Oh, yeah, yeah.

01:15 So we do two weeks there, and then you learn your theory there, and then you come on site.

01:19 And is this the site you're on most of the time now, this one here that we're looking at?

01:23 No, we're in Rangery.

01:25 Oh, anyway.

01:27 We're at Stafford at the moment. Me and Harvey are at Stafford, and I think you're at Newtox as well.

01:30 I'm at Newtox, yeah.

01:32 You guys are based here and there. You can't move around, yeah.
