00:00 The number one on the most wanted list of Manila Police District is now caught for 12 rape cases.

00:07 The suspect explained that there was no rape because the woman is his relative.

00:15 After more than 4 years of hiding, the top one on the most wanted list of Manila Police District was found and arrested.

00:26 And the fifth on the list of most wanted of the National Capital Region Police Office because of the 12 rape cases,

00:34 he was identified as Arman Dicaya.

00:36 According to Baseco Police Station, Dicaya was found guilty of the rape of his neighbor in 2019.

00:43 He committed a crime against a woman, a legal aide, who abused him several times.

00:53 According to the woman's revelation, whenever there is an abuse, she would shoot him with a gun, fearing that he will be killed and his family.

01:04 She would keep him away and would keep him away from us.

01:09 Just a few days ago, the police heard that the suspect returned to Manila.

01:13 They also informed some concerned citizens that Dicaya will return.

01:18 But Dicaya's guide said that he did not really rape the victim.
