In Indianapolis for the first time without coach Pete Carroll, Seahawks general manager John Schneider explains why he doesn't anticipate the dynamic changing with a new coach and his staff not being in attendance for the NFL combine.

00:00 I don't. I think that's kind of where it's going, you know, like, you know, over the years now,
00:04 the last several years, there's been a lot of staff that have not come down,
00:06 or some of the coaches that just kind of come down for, you know, the interviews, or, you know,
00:12 our personnel staff does a great job of filming the interviews, getting the questions we want
00:19 answered in the videos, and then throughout the process as well, in the spring, all the Zoom
00:26 interviews that we do, we're constantly studying those. And so, the dynamic with Pete in particular,
00:33 and Mike is not, it's a true partnership, so that part's not going to be different. It's going to be,
00:38 you know, our personnel staff kind of learning these coaches, understanding what's important to
00:42 them, and letting them, you know, have the trust in our system, and, you know, the processes that
00:47 we've developed over the last, you know, 15 years.
