00:12 after Kelly Rowland bowed out from guest hosting the today
00:15 show at the last minute. The reason well reportedly she
00:20 wasn't happy with her dressing room.
00:22 >> Were you bummed that you weren't able to co-host the
00:24 4th hour with I was I was bummed I just want to say this.
00:27 >> I have great love and admiration for Kelly Rowland I
00:30 adore her and I want to come back on our show and I want to
00:35 get any of course is of course she is she can share my
00:38 dressing room will be together.
00:40 >> There's no one who's more gracious or graceful than
00:43 Kelly like she came on the show and met with her father, she's
00:46 had very emotional moments on our show and so I we've been
00:50 texting back and forth and I said I gave her a call I said
00:54 come on girl we're waiting will will will do a redo so hopefully
00:58 will do a redo.
00:59 >> And are you allowed to have a day off in the near future.

01:06 >> We've done that before and we do it. Those dressing rooms
01:11 at the today show what gives they are making headlines like
01:14 well decided we're going to re wallpaper them by like interior
01:18 design. I'm taking over. We're going to redo a look we can
01:23 confess our dressing rooms are not the greatest. I mean I
01:28 >> But I'm it is it is and none of them are that great, but
01:28 is.
01:34 here's the thing we were a work in progress right here, it's
01:37 kind of the charm of the today show if you've ever been
01:40 backstage to Broadway and gone to one of the stress rooms
01:42 you're like these people stay in these tiny rooms for months
01:45 about that's kind of what the today show is it's like you
01:48 walk around and it's such it's such a beautiful place but
01:51 there's the tiny little spaces in the belly. Center is tiny
01:56 there's no room.
01:57 >> Decorator in there we need to have to get her.
02:03 >> We need a remodel and a great we need extreme makeover
02:06 today show dressing room addition. Yes, I know, I mean
02:10 look we are in a historic studio one. It's the same
02:13 studio that has been used for decades, it's incredible,
02:17 it's iconic
02:18 and it's old so I mean you get the good with the bad you're in
02:21 a place where you know famous anchors from Dave Garroway we're
02:26 walking the same halls if you want history. Sometimes you
02:29 can have a few little chips of paint coming off the wall so
02:32 it's a little but I think you know we try to do our best and
02:36 hopefully the main thing is how people feel and the reception
02:40 that they get and I hope they feel a warm hug from all of us
02:44 on the show because we're really grateful to our guests
02:45 for coming.
