00:14 - Family at first, yeah, 'cause I couldn't rely on myself

00:17 but I didn't know how even to begin

00:19 'cause I was just like losing everything,

00:21 you know, my finances,

00:22 things that I really worked hard on,

00:24 things I relied on.

00:25 And you realize (speaking in foreign language)

00:27 but at that time, I didn't know that yet.

00:29 - So you somehow started from scratch.

00:32 - So every one of the time, it felt like a negative.

00:35 Started from a negative and then you learn to journaling.

00:39 That's when I learned to start talking to myself

00:44 journaling, self-reflection,

00:46 and just writing down your thoughts.

00:48 And then slowly, you start to realize,

00:51 hey, why do I talk to myself like this?

00:53 When you, my brother was the one who told me that.

00:56 I was like, you wouldn't say that to Matthew.

00:58 - But previously, you were hard on yourself.

01:02 at that point, or maybe it's 'cause I was going through

01:06 a lot at that point.

01:07 But at that time, that was my reality.

01:15 - Yeah, 'cause I realized my world was so big
