00:02 >> Morning.
00:02 >> Morning.
00:03 >> How are you all?
00:04 >> Good.
00:05 >> Bo, have you met with the Las Vegas Raiders?
00:06 What are your thoughts on the organization and head coach Antonio Pierce?
00:10 >> Yes, sir.
00:11 I thought that was a really good visit.
00:13 Obviously a really great organization.
00:15 They're doing some really good, powerful things right now.
00:18 I'm not gonna get too much into detail with the meetings, but
00:21 I do think that there's a lot of great places out there right now.
00:26 Everybody's working really hard, not only to get better on the field, but
00:30 to grow relationships and take this process and
00:34 really use it to their best ability.
00:36 >> Did you talk about the Broncos with Sean Payton?
00:39 Anything unique about their form or just all of them?
00:42 >> Yeah, so again, not gonna get into any specifics, but
00:46 I do think that's another one that's just really powerful,
00:50 really strong, running the right direction.
00:51 And obviously got great respect for him and what he has done and
00:57 what he's probably gonna continue to do.
00:59 >> What seems to be the primary information they wanna extract from you?
01:03 >> I think they wanna see your ability to not only command the room, but
01:08 how you may lead or how you respond to certain questions that may make you
01:12 uncomfortable.
01:13 But I think at the end of the day,
01:16 they just wanna use that short amount of time to get to know you.
01:19 And they wanna use that time to see what you're capable of,
01:23 what you're made of, maybe what makes you tick a little bit.
01:26 But I've enjoyed all of them.
01:27 I think every interview is a chance to not only get to know them, but
01:32 in ways get to know yourself.
01:34 So I think that's been one of the cool things about the whole thing that I maybe
01:38 didn't even realize at the beginning.
01:39 I've learned a lot about myself through the mini process.
01:43 >> What is the key to presence in the room?
01:46 What is the key to leadership?
01:48 >> I think it's all about your energy and your confidence when you go in there.
01:52 Look them in the eye, talk to them, and be loud, be vibrant,
01:56 make sure that you know, or
01:58 make sure that they know that you got passion for the sport that you're playing.
02:01 I believe that's the most important thing.
02:03 They just wanna see how much you love the game, how much you love football,
02:06 how much you're willing to put into it.
02:09 And I think that's just one of my strengths.
02:13 I think I'm very passionate about the sport, very passionate about the game.
02:17 I love preparing, I love getting ready for seasons, I love getting ready for games.
02:23 It's one of my favorite things to do and
02:24 I just wanna show that through all my interviews.
