00:20 on Chinoroses Avenue in Makati.

00:23 Their reasons for parking on the sidewalks that should be used by people are different.

00:28 You should remove that because it's a sidewalk.

00:30 They don't have parking.

00:33 We are talking to the enforcer.

00:36 It's hard because there's no parking.

00:39 It's hard to park on the street.

00:42 Six private cars were tagged for traffic violation.

00:47 When it came to the afternoon, there were more parked cars near a private school.

00:52 Students are waiting for their return so Chinoroses is patting them on the shoulder.
