00:02 The month of March is here,
00:07 which means that spring-like weather is here as well.
00:10 And we are going to be seeing below normal temperatures
00:12 along the Rockies.
00:13 That does include the states of New Mexico,
00:16 Arizona, and Nevada,
00:18 but the rest of the US is going to be seeing temperatures
00:21 near or above normal.
00:23 From the Pacific Northwest through the upper Midwest,
00:26 all the way to the Northeast,
00:28 temperatures are going to range between a half degree
00:31 to two degrees Celsius above normal.
00:34 And along the East Coast,
00:35 we are going to be seeing above normal precipitation.
00:38 That is as sea surface temperatures begin to rise
00:41 during the spring season,
00:43 the atmosphere will be able to hold
00:45 a little bit more moisture, therefore more rain,
00:47 but it is also severe weather season.
00:49 So there is a higher probability
00:51 for more severe thunderstorms in the springtime.
00:54 Meanwhile, the state of Texas is going to be seeing
00:57 below normal precipitation.
