00:00 Four members of the Senate Committee on Women and Children signed the manifesto to repeal the arrest of Pastor Apolo Quibuloy.

00:10 They are Senator Robin Padilla, Aimee Marcos, Cynthia Villar, and Bong Go.

00:16 Four signatures were not enough to overturn the decision of Senate Committee Chair Risa Ontiveros to cite in content and arrest Quibuloy.

00:25 There is no statement about this by Ontiveros.

00:28 Senator JV Ejercito signed it first, but he reverted it after the witnesses reviewed the statement in the Senate Committee.

00:38 In California, a judge unsealed the arrest warrant against Quibuloy and his accomplice was accused.

00:47 Because of this, the Interpol can now issue a red notice against Quibuloy, who is wanted in America for cases of sex trafficking, fraud, cash smuggling, and others.

00:58 This means that Quibuloy can now be arrested anywhere in the world.
