Our new favorite pastry? The New York Roll! Also called "Lafayette roll", it's a rounded croissant stuffed with a delicious cream. And here, we bring flavors of speculoos! Ingredients:
Rolls:
- 1 can croissant dough
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar (+/-)
Filling:
- 1/2 cup cream (30% fat
- 1/4 cup mascarpone (or cream cheese)
- 1 Tbsp biscoff speculaas spread
Decoration:
- 2 Tbsp biscoff speculaas spread
- 1 biscoff speculaas (crumbled)
- 2 biscoff speculaas
