00:00 >> Seems like a difficult argument to make, but
00:04 how would you make the case for KB player of the year?
00:10 It would seem that he's gonna win the scoring title, but
00:14 you normally don't see players of the year coming from the United.
00:18 But if you had to make that case, how would you do it?
00:25 >> I think all around, someone said,
00:28 if we're nominating for most improved, I think he's the most improved player.
00:33 And I think he went from averaging 17 to 21, and you still see, sorry,
00:37 his efficiency is the third highest efficient player in our league.
00:41 He went, he's shooting the basketball night and day, decision making night and
00:46 day, and that just is an attribute to him and his work ethic,
00:50 his professionalism, what he does.
00:53 Usually, I wish for him that we took care of four or
00:58 five more of those games where it was one pointers in our league.
01:02 Because if that was the case, I would think he would be definitely player of the year.
01:09 I think when they look at maybe a ninth place team or eighth place team,
01:12 they're gonna take the team that did that.
01:14 And I think if we would have had a little bit better at home and
01:19 a lot of those close games, there's no question that he impacts our team.
01:26 That's the most valuable of any other player that impacts their team.
01:29 And his improvement, his efficiency,
01:35 his leadership, to be able to score that many points
01:40 in a college basketball and see his improvement is incredible.
