00:46 frankly, you sign Gardner Minshew to a pretty decent
00:49 deal and if I am a new head coach, I'm not relying on the
00:52 young guy O'Connell, right? I'm gonna move forward to go with
00:55 Gardner Minshew because I know that's probably gonna give me
00:57 at least eight wins in my pocket because he'll be a competent
01:00 passer and when you're trying to establish that locker room
01:02 after what we saw last year, just keep the momentum going.
01:05 We know Gardner Minshew is not gonna be your franchise guy but
01:08 also keep in mind the following season, we don't know who's
01:11 gonna shake free. Maybe it's gonna be a Kirk Cousins that
01:13 shakes free at that point or Kirk Cousins type of player
01:15 where you can now say, alright, I have the shell of a football
01:18 team. Now, I'm just waiting for my quarterback and also, if
01:21 you're taking a look at, I gotta be Justin Herbert down
01:23 the line. I gotta be Patrick Mahomes down the line. They got
01:26 some hunters now on that frontline defensive front four
01:29 that they can collapse that pocket without blitzing here. I
01:32 like what the Raiders are doing. I don't know if it's gonna
01:34 equate to a divisional run here but I think they're taking the
01:37 next steps here to be a formidable football team over
01:39 the next couple years.
