00:22 took this van while a vehicle of the committee was parked in front of the van.

00:27 They searched for the driver's license and documents.

00:30 But it was lost.

00:31 While issuing a ticket,

00:35 the driver of the van saw the vehicle and suddenly, he fell.

00:42 The authorities pushed the vehicle to stop it.

00:46 But in the end, the van was saved and was able to escape.
