00:06 I know he's someone that doesn't play around.
00:08 He's serious about winning.
00:09 And I like the intensity he's always brought.
00:11 He's kept it real, and I don't think he's changed.
00:16 And so I like to come in and help him and Dan,
00:21 like two people I've watched and I'm like, I wanna play for.
00:24 I don't think there's many coaches in the league that people actually wanna play for.
00:28 And it was good to be able to have at least two.
00:32 Coach Payton, I'm gonna tell you a little story.
00:34 Coach Payton got COVID and was out.
00:36 And so Dan was interim head coach, and he gave a speech.
00:41 And I remember it was the first time in a long time that somebody gave a speech and
00:44 my heart was like, yeah, let's go do it.
00:49 But I just remember his energy.
00:52 And I don't wanna say not many people have the same kind of passion, but
00:57 it takes someone that was there to actually understand me.
01:03 And so being able to see him in this position,
01:06 I'd like to be able to help with that.
01:08 I'm trying to win.
01:09 Yeah, if the violence ain't working, I'm trying to win.
01:14 If the finesse ain't working, I'm trying to win.
01:16 I know before at times I've gotten caught up on, I'm trying to beat the man, but
01:23 there's way more important things than just being offensive tackle or
01:27 whoever is in front of me.
01:28 There's affecting the game.
01:30 There's strip sacks, there's disruptions,
01:33 I just think it's about time to evolve.
