Russia's foreign ministry accuses the International Olympic Committee (IOC) of "racism and neo-Nazism" over its imposition of neutrality rules for Russian Olympians and possible sanctions for athletes who take part in the Kremlin-organised "Friendship Games." On Tuesday, the IOC barred Russian athletes from taking part in the opening ceremony of the 2024 Paris Games and criticised Moscow for planning its own rival competition.
