00:00 Donuts go in the fryer. We've made the dough pieces up in the bakery, mixed them up, cut them out, or rolled them out, whatever shape we require for the day.
00:14 Then they go in the prover for 45 minutes, proved, and then brought down here to fry. And they're in the fryer for about 3 minutes, about a minute and a half on one side, and when they're ready we're just going to pop them over to fry on the other half.
