00:04 Today i am going to tell you that how to make khichdi for baby who has just started eating
00:15 For this we need ingredients, you take broccoli, carrot, tomato, spinach, little onion, garlic and beetroot
00:26 and you take split green gram and lentils, soak them in water for 1 hour
00:34 Now we start to make khichdi, first of all we have to grate all the vegetables
00:39 You can cut the spinach, grate beetroot, carrot, broccoli and tomato
00:48 You add 1 spoon of ghee, make sure it is desi ghee, then add little salt, turmeric powder and chopped onion
01:04 You have to roast it for 2 minutes, then add the vegetables that we have grated, it is very healthy for kids
01:30 Don't over roast it, because all the vitamins will be lost if you cook it in open flame
01:36 Roast it for 30 seconds and then add the split green gram and lentils that we have soaked in water for 1 hour
