00:27 First of all you get ready made trifla chun in the market.
00:32 You must buy the box and keep it with you.
00:35 And mix 1 spoon trifla chun with 1 spoon honey and eat it with lukewarm water.
00:43 You must eat it as soon as you wake up in the morning and you will get the effect immediately.
00:48 You will never have constipation.
00:50 So, you must practice to take trifla chun with lukewarm water and stay away from constipation for lifetime.
00:58 Second and very easy tip is raisins.
01:01 Soak the raisins in water at night and eat it as soon as you wake up in the morning.
