Construction d'un cairn, chants militants et tournoi de pétanque: dans les Deux-Sèvres, quelque 200 opposants aux mégabassines ont entamé samedi dans le calme des journées de "commémor'actions", un an après une violente manifestation contre ces réserves d'eau agricoles.
