01:13 14% strongly agree, while 38% somewhat agree.
01:18 And 23% agree with the rules, while 25% are undecided.
01:24 According to House Speaker Martin Romualdez,
01:27 this data is important because it only shows that our countrymen are recognizing the possible benefits of amending the Constitution.
01:38 The Camera is determined to maintain this momentum and is ready to help in various ways to achieve economic charter.
01:48 For House Majority Leader Manix Dalipe, it's a good sign that many are united in the desire for change and the development of the country.
