Recipe to prepare "Corn Coconut Soup":

Ingredients:
1 tbsp butter
1/4 tsp ginger, finely chopped
1-2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 tbsp onion slices
1 bowl sweet corn
1 tbsp coconut, freshly grated
1/2 tsp salt
1-2 tbsp curd/yoghurt
1 bowl coconut milk
1 tbsp mozzarella cheese, grated
1 pinch blackpepper powder
For Garnish:
1/2 cup spring onion, finely chopped
1 pinch blackpepper powder
1 tbsp cheese, grated

Method:
Heat butter in a pan, until it melts.
Add ginger, and saute.
Add garlic, and saute.
Add onion, and saute until transparent.
Add sweet corn; toss well.
Add coconut, and stir well.
Add little salt and curd/yoghurt; stir quickly for a while until curd dries out.
Keep the flame low, and add 3/4 bowl coconut milk. Stir on high flame, and bring it to a boil.
Add cheese, and stir until it melts.
Put off the flame, and let the soup cool to room temperature.
Blend it in a mixer/blender; pour the mixture in a pan, stir and heat it.
Add black pepper powder and 1/4 bowl coconut milk. Stir once again.
Add little salt, and mix.
Corn Coconut Soup is ready.
Garnish with spring onion, black pepper powder and grated cheese, and serve.
