00:00 The state of calamity did not allow the entire province to be affected by the pertussis outbreak.

00:05 36 cases of pertussis or whooping cough were reported there.

00:10 According to the Provincial Health Office, 6 patients died from pertussis.

00:15 From January to March 25, they were only in the 2nd to 4th week of their lives.

00:22 The cases of Bacuor, 13 martyrs, General Trias, General Mariano Alvarez, Carmona, Silang, Dasmarinas, Kawit, Imus, Cavite City, Tagaytay, and General Emilio Aguinaldo were reported.

00:36 The provincial government raised Php 40 million from the Quick Response Fund for responding to the outbreak.

00:43 Before this, the state of calamity declared Iloilo City affected by pertussis.

00:48 There was also an outbreak in Quezon City.

00:51 There were also cases in Taguig City, Pasig City, and Bulacan.
