00:28 dissatisfaction with the state of our relationship, including his lack of financial contribution
00:32 and what I perceived as a lack of effort he made to be a true partner."
00:35 Quinn claims he began yelling at her and picking up floral arrangements, some that contained
00:39 metal rods.
00:40 She alleges, "He began throwing them, and their heavy shipping boxes, at me.
00:44 He nearly missed hitting me with one of the metal rods, but I was struck by one of the
00:47 boxes he threw.
00:48 This rampage went on for some time."
00:50 She further alleges that Dumonté then, quote, "threw dog feces at me," and quote, "pulled
00:55 out his penis and began to urinate on the floor."
00:57 Quinn claims she yelled at him to stop and locked him out of the bedroom, but allegedly
01:00 could quote, "hear him continuing to shout and yell, and could hear him smashing and
01:04 breaking things through the house."
01:05 It was then that Quinn claims she began making plans for her and their son to leave the next
01:09 day.
01:10 She alleged that things escalated on March 19th, claiming, "I heard and felt the rush
01:13 of air from an object hurtling towards me and our son.
01:16 The next instant, I heard what sounded like glass breaking.
01:18 I turned to our son and saw that Dumonté had thrown a bag of recyclables, which contained
01:22 glass, and saw broken glass in our son's hair and on the floor.
01:26 For a few seconds, our son burst into tears and began screaming.
01:29 I was concerned about his health and safety."
01:30 Meanwhile, Dumonté filed his own request for a domestic violence restraining order
01:34 against his wife, asking the judge to order her to move out and stay away from their home.
01:38 He also shares his account of their alleged dispute.

01:44 Hollywood, he claims that the two argued over Quinn's dogs, which he claims she quote, "refuses
01:48 to have house or crate trained," allegedly leaving damage throughout the house from dog
01:52 urine and claiming that quote, "every area of the house is constantly filled with dog
01:55 feces."
01:56 On March 19th, Dumonté claims he quote, "found that the dogs had urinated all over some very
02:01 valuable, irreplicable, and sentimental items of his."
02:04 He alleges that when he went to confront Quinn, he discovered more of a mess and claims she

02:09 The declaration claims in part, "At that point, Mr. Dumonté grabbed the trash bag
02:13 from the floor and threw it to the side of the room, against the wall.
02:16 Mr. Dumonté did not throw the bag towards Ms. Quinn or their son.
02:19 Additionally, there was no glass in the bag, as there was no broken glass in the room or
02:22 anywhere in the house."
02:24 He then claims, per the declaration, that Quinn took their son out of the room and shortly
02:27 after police arrived on the scene.

02:33 police report that fabricated allegations of domestic violence in an attempt to gain
02:37 an upper hand in potential divorce and custody proceedings," claiming, "Mr. Dumonté has
02:41 never threatened violence and never engaged in any acts that could be construed as violence
02:45 towards Ms. Quinn."
